The Culinary School Uganda is a premier professional institute for culinarians in Uganda and Africa.
It was established in 2014 by the famous chef Henry Wanyama Francis who doubled as a host and presenter of the famous cook show KITCHEN DELIGHT on NTV and ‘THE CHEF” on NBS Television.
TCSU is the culinary leader in offering educational resources, training, apprenticeship and programmatic accreditation, produces professional chefs. In addition, TCSU operates a fine dining restaurant, university cafeteria and offers banqueting services.
TCSU hosts international cooking competitions and promotes proper nutrition in children and sportsmen.
All TCSU services are designed to offer our students complete experiential knowledge and skill.
